Grain fed angus scotch fillet is a cut of meat from the rib section of the cow, between the neck and shoulder blade. It is also known as ribeye, rib fillet, cube roll. Grain fed scotch fillet has a marbling, tenderness and flavour.  Grain fed cattle are fed a diet of grain to enhance the marbling and flavour. 

Our meats are prepacked for wholesale, and each box varies slightly in weight (est. ± 10%).

Initially, you will be charged the maximum box weight and refunded the difference once your order is fulfilled.
