Beef tenderloin is the most tender cut of beef, also known as eye fillet or filet mignon.  This cut is ideal for portioning into individual steaks or roasts, and can be cooked by various methods such as grilling, frying, roasting or baking. 

Our meats are prepacked for wholesale, and each box varies slightly in weight (est. ± 10%).

Initially, you will be charged the maximum box weight and refunded the difference once your order is fulfilled.
