Pork USA ribs are flavourful, tender cuts of pork that comes from the upper part of the rib cage, near the spine.  They are also known as baby back ribs, because they are shorter and more curved than other types of ribs.  Pork USA ribs can be cooked in different ways such as grilling, smoking, baking or braising.  

Our meats are prepacked for wholesale, and each box varies slightly in weight (est. ± 10%).

Initially, you will be charged the maximum box weight and refunded the difference once your order is fulfilled.
