Beef rump is a cut of meat that comes from the hindquarters of the cow, covering the hip bone. It is also known as top sirloin. It is a versatile cut that can be roasted, braised, casseroled, stir-fried and pan-fried. 

Our meats are prepacked for wholesale, and each box varies slightly in weight (est. ± 10%).

Initially, you will be charged the maximum box weight and refunded the difference once your order is fulfilled.
