Scotch fillet is a cut of meat from the rib section of the cow, between the neck and shoulder blade. It is also known as ribeye, rib fillet, cube roll. Scotch fillet has a marbling, tenderness and flavour.  Grain assist cattle are fed a diet of grain and grass to enhance the marbling and flavour. 

Our meats are prepacked for wholesale, and each box varies slightly in weight (est. ± 10%).

Initially, you will be charged the maximum box weight and refunded the difference once your order is fulfilled.
